90 days report question...

I forgot to do 90days report (last day on 18th/Dec) and now travel to Samui which not my residence address. And won’t be back on time to report in person.

Will I be able to report in Samui immigration? Will it be same paperwork required as CNX? Appreciate advices from anyone who faced same situations before. Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user forgot to submit their 90-day report by the due date and is inquiring if they can file it at Samui immigration instead of their designated office. Comments indicate that the report must be filed at the appropriate immigration office, but they can do so without incurring additional fines if submitted by December 25th. A fine of 2000 baht applies for late submissions, which remains consistent regardless of how late the report is.

well IF your due date was the 18th, you have until the 25th to do it in person without getting the 2000baht fine for failure to report on time.

The good news for you is; the 2000baht fine doesn't increase, so whether you're 8 days late or 8 weeks late it's still 2000baht.

Just go file a 90 day report when you get back, pay the 2000baht fine and don't worry about it.

Believe me you're not the first foreigner in the history of thailand to forget their 90 day report...

You can not do it in Samui.

90-day report you can only do at the immigration office you belong to.
