TLDR : Answer Summary
After the initial three months of a Thai marriage visa, you have two options for extending your stay. You can either do a border run, which requires the borders to be open, or apply for a 60-day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family.

Here's your options:

1. You can do a border bounce, which will give you another 90 day entry stamp. This requires the borders to be re-open.

2. You can get a 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family. This will add another 60 days to your current entry stamp, which should give you enough time to bounce in and out.
