TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires if extending their Non-O visa (granted for marriage) by 60 days affects their ability to perform a 90-day border run. Community members suggest that extending the visa will add to the current stay, and recommend planning a border run as soon as borders reopen if the visa remains valid.

I'm guessing you have a multiple entry non-O based on marriage to a Thai wife, where you are given a 90 day stamp at every entry.
When you apply for an extension of stay based on visiting family, it will add an additional 60 days to your "admitted to" stamp. This will extend you to around June.
I don't know what will happen in June, but as soon as the borders reopen, and your visa is still valid, I recommend bouncing for another 90 day stamp.
