Can I Stay in Thailand Until July 30th After My Tourist Visa Extension?

Apr 23, 2020
I know that you've probably been asked this a bunch of times in the past few days, so I apologise, but I just need to make sure:

I came here as a regular tourist, got a 30day stamp when I entered the country, which I've had one extension on. That extension runs out on May 12th.

Am I also allowed to stay until July 30th?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a tourist visa with an extension expiring on May 12th, and inquires about the possibility of staying until July 30th. A comment mentions that a proposed amnesty program would allow stays until July 31st, but it is not yet enacted.

When the new amnesty program becomes law (which it is NOT yet) you will be covered to stay no longer than July 31st.
