I have an O-A visa and first entered in March 2019 and was admitted until 24/03/2020.

I traveled in July and was admitted until 26 July 2020.

I am leaving again in Feb, returning March 26. Will Immigration once again allow me in with the return date being after the original 24/03/2020.?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the re-entry rules regarding their O-A visa after they travel out of Thailand and plan to return, questioning if they would be allowed back in after the original visa validity date.

Can I do a border run by road or must I travel by air to get the extra year?

In the following year can I still come and go in and out of the country and do I need a re-enry permit?

You can bounce using air or land.

For the second question, you'll have to get a re-entry permit if the visa expired.

AS long as you enter Thailand before the VALID UNTIL date mentioned on the visa you should get 1 year of stay.
