You need to get documents from your school stating you stop studying on xxx date, go to the immigration office, cancel your extension of stay based on education, immediately apply for a 60 day covid extension and then get documents from your new employer to apply for an in country 90 day Non-B visa at the immigration office from that covid extension.

It CAN be done, but not all offices will do it AND it really comes down to whether your new employer can or can't meet the requirements for you to apply for the in country 90 day Non-B visa at the immigration office.

BEFORE you even go down this road, take a rep from your employer to your immigration office and talk to them as far as IF it can be done or not ... ...

that is between you, your school, who ever is pushing the paper for you (getting your documents together) AND the immigration office you're dealing with. GO talk to the immigration office and see if you can or can't apply for a Non-B off a cancelled ED extension on a covid stamp.
