TLDR : Answer Summary
If you enter Thailand with a 30-day visa exemption at the Cambodian border, you can extend it for another 30 days by applying at an immigration office and paying a fee of 1,900 baht. However, it's essential to note that specific rules might apply depending on your nationality, as some countries face different entry conditions.

I also thought ALL countries now got 30 days (since

except the ones which got bilateral agreement with Thailand ( Laos, Macau, Mongolia, Russia and Vietnam), they get only 7 days when trying to extend the 30 days visa exempt, actually it a denial.

VOA = 15 days not extendable. Visa-exemption (by air or land) = 30 days + can extend 30 days 1900 baht at immigration.

At the risk of being pedantic, what you got was a visa exemption, not a visa, but yes you can extend it 1x 30 days for 1900 baht.
