Go to your immigration office and get the hand out that lists the requirements to get a yearly extension of stay. There is no one size fits all list of requirements. Each office requires slightly different documentation.

If you're managing director and hold a minimum 8 month valid Work Permit you can apply in Penang for the 1 year Non Immigrant B visa. The requirements to get the 1 year of stay at Immigration are a little more than the Consulate in Penang but if your company has the ducks in a row, no need for headaches.

Your employer should know how to apply for this Extension of Stay, if not visit the Immigration Office in your area and ask for the hand out with requirements, this list is in English and Thai. Start to make the copies and you can apply if you have them all.
