TLDR : Answer Summary
A single entry Non-O visa, such as the one obtained in Vienna, can usually be extended for an additional 30 days in Thailand. However, the possibility of extension may depend on the specific reasons for the visa issuance, as this can influence eligibility. It's important to clarify the reason behind the Non-O visa to determine the exact conditions for extension.

at the moment, you can still extend by 60days covid extension, before 26th November. Not sure if this is helpful for you as you did not mention until when you admitted.

would leaving thailand and return (flight at the moment) after obtaing a re entry permit be an option for me????? as I just found this: 2.2 O Visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Travellers must enter Thailand within the said 90-day period. They will be allowed to stay in Thailand for a period of up to 90 days, counting from the date of entry. During the 90-day period of stay, if they wish to leave and re-enter Thailand, they are required to apply for a re-entry permit (single or multiple) before departure.
you entered on a single entry Non-O visa, were stamped in for 90 days when you got here and that visa was stamped USED.
Getting a re-entry permit isn't gonna add any more time to that original 90 days you got stamped in for.
You either leave the country before that 90 day stamp runs out OR you apply for a year extension by meeting the proof of funds and turning in the documents required at your immigration office. That's the two choices you have
