TLDR : Answer Summary
The user applied for a visa in Jakarta on June 23rd and is wondering if they should email the embassy for a follow-up since their application is still pending. Comments suggest others are experiencing similar delays, with average processing times noted on the embassy's website as 10 working days. However, there are mentions of longer wait times due to a surge in applications.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.
Jakarta has received a lot of applications in recent times. Majority due to soft power companies heavily recommending them.
If applying in Indonesia I definitely recommend people to be patient and make sure their application is bulletproof to avoid further documentation request.
Also people should expect to wait up to 14+ days in some cases I have seen waiting times up to 1 month.
