Hi everyone,

I recently lost my passport abroad and already make a new one. 

It contained an active Non-B visa and a Re-entry Permit from my previous employer. Note that previous employer not corporate to help cancle

 I now have a brand-new passport and new employer.

Can I enter Thailand on a Tourist Visa (or Visa Exemption) first, and then travel to Laos to apply for a brand-new Non-B visa with a new company? 

Will the old, uncancelled Non-B visa causing any issues?

Did you have a 90-day non B visa or an extension? If you had a visa it doesn't need to be canceled, an extension however needs canceling as well as your work permit.

If you have left the previous employer why have they not cancelled the B?
