TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the implications of having an expired Non-B visa while their stamp is still valid until February 13. They are considering a trip to Ranong to seek clarification on whether they will receive a 30-day or 7-day extension upon exiting and re-entering Thailand.
