TLDR : Answer Summary
It is possible to convert a volunteer visa to a marriage visa in Thailand. You can either obtain paperwork from your volunteer foundation and cancel your current visa extension or wait for it to expire and apply for a new extension based on marriage. It's advisable to consult with the sponsoring foundation for guidance on the process.

you would either get paperwork from the foundation you volunteer for and cancel the current extension you're on OR you'd wait for this current extension to run out and then apply for a new extension based on marriage by meeting the financial & documentation requirements. Talk to the foundation that sponsors your volunteer visa/extension.
