Can I change my visa from Type B to Type O while in Thailand due to COVID restrictions?

Presently a follower to my wife, she has a Type B. I had a type O volunteer before I left last March but was stranded in Canada due to Covid. My visa ran out and couldn't come back on my volunteer but as a follower as mentioned above.

I want to change back to my type o.  My question is ...Do I have to leave the country to reapply for the Type O or because of Covid can I change while in the country or do I need to do it from another country??

If you had obtained your volunteer visa by other means then you will need to enter Thailand using either visa exempt entry or tourist visa and explore your visa options after ASQ quarantine.

Non O Volunteer Visa are once again being issued if you have a legitimate NGO sponsor contact them for the required documents needed to obtain the visa from your Thai Embassy in Canada.
