Can I change Non O volunteer Visa from the tourist visa which has been already expired since May1 2020? Does I need to extent my tourist visa first or change directly to volunteer visa?

Thanks

Nope you cannot.

You are NOT on a tourist visa, you are not on ANY visa. The minute your stamp expired you went on amnesty and after that you can't change anything inside the country.

You can stay until no later than July 31st, and you need to watch the news about the borders, nearby countries and thai consulates opening back up AND what amnesty holders need to do once that happens.
