Can I apply for the Thai DTV visa at the embassy in Spain if I am a Spanish citizen living abroad?

First of all, thank you for all the information shared in this group. It has been extremely helpful. However, I still have a couple of questions.

My first question is about where to apply for the DTV.

I am a Spanish citizen currently living in Georgia (the country), where I run my freelance business online. I am currently leaving Thailand and returning to Georgia. I have already transferred the required funds to my Wise account and my Georgian bank account.

I will spend the next two months in Georgia and then two months in Spain. Since I need to wait three months to obtain the required bank statements, I will be in Spain by the time I am ready to apply.

My initial plan was to apply through the Thai Embassy in Spain while I am there. However, after checking their website, I noticed that they seem to accept applications only from legal residents of Spain. As I am a Spanish citizen but not a resident, I am not sure whether I would be eligible.

If not, I will probably have to apply from Georgia. The problem is that there is no Thai Embassy in Georgia, and I understand that applications from Georgia fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai Embassy in Turkey.

My second question is about bank statements.

When I generate a statement from Wise, it only shows the current balance and transaction history. It does not clearly show the opening balance at the beginning of the statement period.

How did you prove that you maintained the required amount of funds during the full three-month period? Were Wise statements sufficient, or did you need additional documentation?
