I want to apply for my dtv nomad visa now, on the website it says don’t apply before 3 months before arrival but if I apply now will I have any issues because I’m due to come in Feb which is 5 months away. 

Can anyone give me advice pls?

At best they put you application on hold.

At worst they reject your application and you loose the 10.000+ baht visafee.

Follow the guidelines given by the Embassy, if they say don’t apply, then you don’t apply until it is the right time to apply.
