Can I apply for the DTV in Paris on a tourist visa if I am of a different nationality?
Hi! Does anyone know if it is possible to apply for the DTV in Paris while being of a different nationality and on a tourist visa? And what is the processing time?

OPThank you! I’m planing to be in Paris for two months this fall and thought to apply there, but I guess it’s better to fly from Paris to Vietnam (Danang, Hoi An, Dalat - we anyway wanted to live there a couple of months) and apply from there. From what their website shows it’s fast and easy.

Takes at least a month and is infamous for poor communication. Much quicker via nearby London.

I think they have it posted on their website that it's a six WEEK processing time
