Can I apply for the 90-day report online if I moved to another province in Thailand?
I moved to another province, family visa was extended for the first time on September. Can i apply for the 90 day report Online? I live very very far from my previous province. Please advise what to do.

You can do your first 90 day report by mail (but not from a different province), look it up.

OPGraham Seal is it works? I've phohos of my TM 30 in my province that I got my visa and all docs with me.

It doesn't matter how far your previous province is. The entire point of the 90 day report is to report where you are now. It's how they keep track of your location. You need a TM30 filed for where you currently live and you file the TM47 based on that same address.
