Does anyone know if it's ok to apply for my spouses DTV through my online account? Or does he need to start his own application account to apply? I just applied for mine and just anticipating the next steps for him if it gets approved. Thanks!

He applies with his own account referencing your DTV visa number. You have to contact the embassy you apply from if they allow him to use your account.
