new to the group and would like to understand how the DTV works in terms of bringing over a spouse and child. I’ve heard that once an individual qualifies for the DTV, they can include their spouse and child in the process. Is this correct? If not, could someone clarify the steps or requirements for sponsoring family members under the DTV?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To bring your spouse and child under the DTV visa in Thailand, you must first obtain your own DTV visa. After securing your DTV, your spouse and children can apply using your visa number. You'll need to provide a marriage certificate for your spouse and a birth certificate along with a family certificate for your child. Additionally, a bank statement showing at least 500,000 THB for each applicant is required, and each individual will need to submit their own application and pay the associated fees, referencing your DTV visa.

Each person requires their own application and to pay the application fee. Once one adult gets the DTV the others apply referencing that and providing proof of relationship
