Hi guys

After being on an education visa and then switching to covid extensions I understand that you won't be allowed to get another covid extension.so are you able to apply for another education visa or volunteer visa before your existing covid extension runs out? Or is ther no choice and you have to leave Thailand?

Thanks..

Answer summary

The post queries whether it's possible to apply for a new education or volunteer visa while currently on a COVID extension in Thailand. The community responses suggest that it's likely necessary to leave Thailand and reapply for a visa from outside the country, although there are mentions of consulting local immigration or specific foundations for current policies.

Check with your local immigration office, but as others said it looks like you have to leave the country.

I think you will need to leave and re-apply outside Thailand.
