ORIGINAL POSTERHi guys I was on a three month volunteer visa before switching onto a covid extension obviously now I cannot extend that due to rule changes 🙈is it possible for me to switch over education visa or is there any other options available

Some of our staff on volunteer visas + COVID extensions have had success in getting extensions sponsored by the Ministry of Social Development (MHSDS). Worth a shot if you are truly are volunteering.

You can stay as long as the covid stamp you have in your passport is valid for but you have to leave/re-enter the country after that.

thb due to COVID) you will need 4 employees that you pay tax and social security for (about 8000thb a month) you need to earn *****

Btw you can currently drop to 1 staff (COVID again) but 4 months before wp renewal you'll need to up it back to 4 .
