Hello all, I am arriving on January 5 for 6 weeks visa exempt with intention to get four week extension. Can I go to immigration at any time after my arrival for extension or do I have to wait a period of time? Also, does anyone know if there is a immigration office around Sukumvit? I will be staying in Udom Suk. Thank you for the help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information about applying for a four-week extension of their visa-exempt stay in Thailand, specifically if there are any waiting periods after arrival and the location of immigration offices near Sukhumvit. Respondents confirmed that extensions can be applied for any time after arrival, as long as there are 45 days or less remaining on the initial visa stamp. They noted the immigration office is located at IT Square Laksi Plaza, not in Sukhumvit.

In Bangkok you can apply for a 30 day extension when you have 45 days or less left on your stamp so you can go when ever you want to after you arrive here.

There is NO immigration office around Sukhumvit

In Bangkok you go to the immigration office at IT Square Laksi Plaza on the 3rd floor, there are copy shops out there on either side of the office
