Hi everyone! I'm currently in Thailand under single entry non-b visa (no extension). About to stop working, but would like to stay in Thailand 2-3 month longer as a tourist. I am worried to apply for the SETV as I have a long history of visits here on both tourist and non b visas. Last year I had first 3 single entry tourist visas (one with extension) and then 2 non-b. Am I likely to have problems trying to enter Thailand on a tourist visa after my visa history? ๐ค My partner has a business here and stays on a multiple entry long term non-b. But we're not married, which as I understand makes me not eligible for non O visa, is that right?
Thank in advance if you could share some advice ๐
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently in Thailand on a single entry non-B visa and wants to extend their stay as a tourist but is concerned about their past visa history affecting their chances of obtaining a new tourist visa. There are suggestions that due to the extensive history of previous visa applications, obtaining a SETV might be challenging. Additionally, the user is ineligible for a non-O visa since they are not married to their partner who holds a long-term non-B visa.
