Can I apply for a tourist visa in Thailand with my visa history?

Hi everyone! I'm currently in Thailand under single entry non-b visa (no extension). About to stop working, but would like to stay in Thailand 2-3 month longer as a tourist. I am worried to apply for the SETV as I have a long history of visits here on both tourist and non b visas. Last year I had first 3 single entry tourist visas (one with extension) and then 2 non-b.  Am I likely to have problems trying to enter Thailand on a tourist visa after my visa history? 🤔 My partner has a business here and stays on a multiple entry long term non-b. But we're not married, which as I understand makes me not eligible for non O visa, is that right?

I would say you have a slim to none chance of finding many consulates that will sell a tourist visa to you with your extensive previous entry history.

You could try the thai consulate in Kota Bharu Malaysia but most of the other ones nearby are gonna look at your previous tourist visa / visa exempt entries and not issue you another tourist visa.

You can stay until this 90 day Non-B stamp runs out, even if you stop working BUT as far as where to go after that Kota Bharu would me my recommendation..

Correct, you can not get a visa using a partner having a business unless you are the business partner or your partner is offering you a job in the business.
