Hi๐Ÿ˜Š For your info:

Ho Chi Min and Hanoi Thai Embassy, Vietnam DO NOT give 1 year multy Non-B, if you are CONDUCTING your business + holding WP.

1 year multy for BUSINESS visas is possible only for those NOT working, but only conducting business.

3 months single is the only option for WP holders. BUT! If you have 4 imployed Thais in your company, paying tax, you can turn this 3 months in one year multy in your local Immigration office. Those with only 2 workers taxed can not prolong it.

I do not know about any other visa types, but above info is today fresh ๐Ÿ˜ข

The stuff in the Embassy told, now Penang is the only place to get 1 year multi for conductors+WP. If you have RECENT experience in other countries or Kuala Lumpur, please let us know ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜Š

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post provides information on the limitations for obtaining a 1-year multiple entry Non-B visa from the Thai Embassies in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, Vietnam. It states that this type of visa is not available for individuals who are conducting business while holding a work permit (WP). Instead, WP holders can only receive a 3-month single entry visa, which can be extended to a 1-year multiple entry visa if the individual employs at least 4 Thai workers and pays taxes. The post also mentions that Penang is currently the only location where one can obtain a 1-year multi visa for those conducting business and holding a work permit.
