When you can get your first EOS at earliest when you are on a Non O visa?

Can I get it already e.g. after 40 days after entering Thailand?

Nowhere in Thailand can you get it after only 40 days, meaning you would have 50 days left. The earliest offices allow is 45 days and that's only a few offices. Most offices are 30 days or less remaining on your stamp, so that would be 60 days after you received your stamp.
