TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can apply for a dependent visa for your 72-year-old mother if you are married to a Thai citizen. You will need to visit your local immigration office to inquire about the specific requirements for this type of visa. However, be aware that if your mother is currently outside of Thailand, her entry may be restricted due to current immigration policies.

Yes you can. You need to go to your local immigration office and ask them what the requirements are for an

Extension of Stay Based on Being a Family Member of an Alien Permitted a temporary stay in Thailand

Remember though, if your mother is *NOT* in Thailand, it's highly unlikely she can get inside Thailand right now.

can u explain me

More about this dependent visa? I have my mom here already 7 years and she is with NON O and yearly extension under retirement (with the 800k in the bank )

But I’m also married to thai more than 10 years and with a child ...

What is dependent visa ? It doesn’t need the 800k in the bank ?
