TLDR : Answer Summary
Indian passport holders are only eligible for a 7-day extension on a 60-day tourist visa in Thailand, as confirmed by other users, who state that a 30-day extension is not available for this nationality.

People from Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Nepal, Togo, Nigeria, Uganda can only get a 7 day "extension denied" stamp on a 60 day tourist visa entry for 1900bgaht. They cannot get the 30 day extension.
