Hi. I am a South African passport holder. I received my 30 visa exemption on arrival. I have just done my 30 extension, but would like to stay on a short while longer. Would I be able to get a second 30 visa exemption by flying to Malaysia and returning a day or two later?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A South African passport holder can potentially obtain a second 30-day visa exemption by leaving Thailand for Malaysia and returning after a short stay. The comments indicate that there are theoretically unlimited visa exempt entries by air, while entry by land is limited to two per calendar year.
