Hi.

I'm currently in CM on an SETV (from end of Sep). I plan to extend until mid December. 

My question is about visa exempt on land borders. I have 1 visa exempt early in the year before I went back home in May.. in 2020 will this reset so I could potentially be allowed 2 visa exempts (+ extensions for a possible 4 months)?

I'll be going back to UK next summer (Vietnam after TH), but hoping I can stay in Thailand until at least Feb.

You get TWO 30 day visa exempt entries by a land border in a calendar year (Jan 1 until Dec 31). That's how it works

SO come Jan 1 2020 you will be allowed TWO 30 day visa exempt entries by land..
