TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for a new extension on your Non-Immigrant Visa as early as 45 days before your current visa expires. If your current stamp expires on April 6th, you can start your application process after February 21, 2024.

In Bangkok you can apply for a new extension when you have 45 days or less left on the current stamp (and you meet the proof of funds seasoning requirement)

If you have a stamp that runs out April 6th you could apply for a new year extension any time after Feb 21st 2024
