TLDR : Answer Summary
You can extend your NON B visa without leaving Thailand by converting it to an extension of stay based on employment. Typically, your employer should manage this process, which often requires hiring a minimum of four Thai employees and meeting specific salary requirements based on your nationality.
Are you on a year-long, multi-entry one where you bounce out and in every 90 days OR are you on a 90 day single entry one where you got stamped in ONCE for 90 days? AND how about stating what you got the Non-B visa for <- as in what work you do here...
My partner and I have a company here - we teach yoga and do workshops and also do web design and I do embroidery (bespoke wedding veils) ๐

Yes you can (and should!) convert the Non-B visa to an extension of stay based on employment. Your business should know how to do that extension, but a good rule of thumb is your business needs to employ 4 Thais and you need to be paid minimum wage (which depends on your passport country).
