TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, a Filipina can currently enter Thailand on a 45-day visa exemption, as the Philippines is listed among the countries eligible for this exemption. However, travelers are required to obtain a Certificate of Entry (COE) from their local embassy, which involves providing proof of Covid insurance, a 'fit to fly' certificate, a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours before the flight, and a reservation at an Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) hotel.

Hi what if i already submitted my COE together with my insurance, passport and supplementary documents. Is there a big chance that the embassy in the philippines will approve my COE? Thank you very much 🙏
Philippines is on the list of countries allowed to enter on visa exemption. Whether your local embassy allows this or not is up to them. You’d need to liaise with them anyway to get your certificate of entry. You’ll need Covid insurance cover, a fit to fly certificate, a negative Covid test (within 72 hours of flying) and a booked ASQ hotel. These start at around 30K and upwards for the 16 days.
, thank you... Do you know if she can extend by 30 days on a visa exemption? This was normally straightforward but I read that 45 day visa exemption is not allowed to extend... Do you know either way??
yes a visa exempt entry can be extended for a further 30 days. A number of embassies erroneously state you can’t extend, but it’s just a case of two different government departments not understanding each other.
