TLDR : Answer Summary
The visa-exempt entries for Filipinos remain unchanged according to community members. However, if you have a history of frequently entering via visa exemption, you may need to provide three types of proof if requested: 20,000 baht in cash, a hotel booking, and proof of onward travel within 30 days.

IF you have an extensive history of living here on visa exempt entries be prepared to meet the 3 proof ofz in case you're asked

proof of 20K baht in cash

proof of a hotel booking

proof of onward travel in 30 days
