hello.. for the filipinos here.. i just want to ask if i am planning to get the visa exempt.. what are the mostly asked question in the immigration.. and for the flight ticket do i need to buy from the day of my flight until the 30 days or i just can buy a ticket for just 5 days or so? thank you....

they CAN ask you for proof of funds 20K baht (or the equivalent) in cash, proof of onward travel in 30 days AND proof of a hotel booking if they want to.

The 20K must be in cash (or travel checks). NOT a Bank statement or credit card. They will also not let you go to the ATM which is after immigration.

, it is written in the rules as 10K baht when you enter on a 30 day visa exempt entry or a 15 day visa on arrival BUT when officers have been asking people who are entering on 30 day visa exempt entries to show proof of funds they are asking for 20K baht :( . . .
