TLDR : Answer Summary
A Botswana passport holder cannot apply for a Thai e-visa from Botswana, as the e-visa service has not been made available for applicants from that country. There is no Thai embassy or consulate in Botswana, and applicants need to travel to South Africa to apply for a visa, typically through manual processing by couriering their passports to the Thai consulate in Pretoria after completing the necessary steps.

I just checked, they don't have a consulate or embassy there :O I think you have to go to South Africa for the visa.

I don't think so. I don't think the evisa application has been released for your country yet.
