I believe it's a government ruling, not an ASQ discretionary matter. Most people have suggested bring your duty free in your bag.

If you are meaning during ASQ stay then yes. EVERY hotel. It’s part of the rules for ASQ hotels. No alcohol. You may get away with bringing your own in a suitcase but some hotels may screen your bags.
