Temperature x2 a day, year day 3-4 and day 9, no alcohol, no smoking. Some nationalities can have an hour outside if second test is negative.

I think the ASQ’s use the COVID Control Centre guidelines and write their policy from this - only guessing though 🤷♀️ but there are govt rules like no alcohol Ann *********

Never seen it. Assume you stay in hospital until you test negative , maybe 3-4 days after that.
