Is there any update on whether health insurance is being demanded at Thai airports when re-entering Thailand on as n OA visa issued before 31st October? Apologies if this has been answered before. Last time I searched through posts here it was too early to get a definite answer.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The enforcement of health insurance requirements for re-entering Thailand on an OA visa appears to vary. Reports indicate that some travelers are admitted without being questioned about insurance, while others have experienced different outcomes. There is no definitive answer on whether proof of insurance will be demanded at airports.

It seems that it's hit or miss and even people who got O-A visas after the 31st of Oct sometimes aren't asked for proof of insurance..

No one can tell you for sure IF you'll be asked or not.
