OA visa health insurance from Falcon Insurance for 5,080 THB? (Plan 4, age 50-59)

Has anyone used this firm's Plan 4 successfully? Falcon assure me it is accepted by Thai embassies.
This is the first time I've used a Thai insurance company. I've previously applied for and been granted many OA visas from the UK during the last 10 years using UK 'travel insurance' from www.go-walkabout.co.uk as they always happily completed the required form at [members only]
This year, the London Embassy have informed me they will no longer accept 'travel insurance' and I will need 'health insurance' from a Thai insurer (one of which is Falcon) listed here [members only]
My plan is to attain an OA Visa using the cheapest Thai insurance possible (high deductible, low benefits) with no intent to ever claim but then cover myself separately with other pre-existing policies. FYI.. I don't want an O visa because I don't want to keep 800,000 THB here or transfer 65,000 THB monthly. I can use an OA visa because I return to UK annually and re-apply for a new one - I make it last 2 years by re-entering just before it expires and get stamped in until my insurance expires.
Thanks in advance ;)
