TLDR : Answer Summary
The current situation at Suvarnabhumi Airport regarding entry checks for visa exemptions appears to be stricter rather than relaxed. Several individuals reported experiencing grilling or tighter scrutiny upon entry, especially concerning their visa status and any expired documents. However, some travelers indicated that those with regular travel patterns have not faced issues, suggesting that the intensity of scrutiny may vary based on individual circumstances.

Not one of my friends coming to visit me had any issues, they come to Thailand 3 times a year for 3 weeks holiday, thats legit and if they do grill someone at the immigration its mostly for good reasons. ๐
