Hello,

Does anybody know Thailand immigration open for 90 days report for student visa and non-o student guardian visa? I heard earlier, immigration only accepted for 3-4 days before 90 days expired.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Inquiring about the timelines for filing a 90-day report for student and non-O student guardian visas in Thailand, the community clarified that reports can be filed from two weeks before until seven days after the 90-day due date. Additionally, past restrictions regarding extension applications have been lifted, allowing applications to be made when there are 45 days or less remaining on the current visa.

There was a rule (that was cancelled) at Chaengwattana for people applying for EXTENSIONS that said come when you have 3 days or less left on your current stamp <- BUT as I said that rule is cancelled and in Bangkok you can apply for a new extension when you have 45 days or less left on your current stamp ๐Ÿ™‚

there is no such thing as a Non-O student/guardian visa ๐Ÿ˜• There is a Non ED visa <- for studying, and there is a Non-O visa issued to people who are parents of foreign children here

I think you're confused. You can file a 90 day report from 2 weeks before, down until 7 days after the due date.

Doesn't matter what visa/extension you're on that's the time line for filing a 90 day in person.
