What are the current rules for filing a 90-day report for student and non-O guardian visas in Thailand?

Hello,

Does anybody know Thailand immigration open for 90 days report for student visa and non-o student guardian visa? I heard earlier, immigration only accepted for 3-4 days before 90 days expired.

There was a rule (that was cancelled) at Chaengwattana for people applying for EXTENSIONS that said come when you have 3 days or less left on your current stamp <- BUT as I said that rule is cancelled and in Bangkok you can apply for a new extension when you have 45 days or less left on your current stamp ๐Ÿ™‚

there is no such thing as a Non-O student/guardian visa ๐Ÿ˜• There is a Non ED visa <- for studying, and there is a Non-O visa issued to people who are parents of foreign children here

I think you're confused. You can file a 90 day report from 2 weeks before, down until 7 days after the due date.

Doesn't matter what visa/extension you're on that's the time line for filing a 90 day in person.
