My 90 day report was due on Mon 13th Sep. If I go to immigration on Mon 20th Sep do I need to pay the 2,000 THB fine or am I still within the 7 day limit?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If your 90-day report was due on Monday, September 13th, you have until the end of business on Monday, September 20th to file your report without incurring a fine. Reporting on the 21st or later would result in a 2,000 THB fine.

Sorry I pulled the comments from this because of the info

IF your actual due date was Monday the 13th you have until the immigration office closes on Monday the 20th to file your report. <- up to a week (exact count) late. IF you report on the 21st you will be fined.

Here is an example I made showing a due date of the 17th of Feb with the "window of opportunity" you have to file a report in person (21 days)
