TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about their exemption status until July 31 following a visit to immigration, where they were instructed to return on the 30th. Responses suggest they should visit immigration as advised to finalize their stamp, which should ensure coverage under the amnesty program.

I only see a stamp that you should report yourself on 14 April 2020 at Trat Immigration Office, I would advice visit them, close this under consideration period and get a stamp that qualifies for this amnesty period or until you can leave the country

Go back as instructed...
Close out the under consideration stamp.
Then you are covered under amnesty program to July 31.
Good luck...
Take care.
