TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is confused about whether they need to visit the immigration office for their visa marked 'Under Consideration' as of April 17, and if they are covered under the amnesty visa extension until July 31. According to a comment from another user, they should have gone to immigration by April 17 to close the stamp and confirm that they are covered under the amnesty extension.

YES...as instructed by Thai Immigration...YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE BY APRIL 17...AS your stamp Under Consideration was placed into your passport...

Go to immigration and get the under consideration stamp closed out. There is no overstay.

Then you are covered under the amnesty extension to July 31.

Good Luck...
