Hello everyone!

My Non-B visa expired on 31st March. I cancelled my non b and my work permit and got a 2 months extension that says "visit kid" ( I have a son with my thai wife). It expired on 29th May. I just want to be sure that I'm under the amnesty or not? According to thai visa services said that I am.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired if they are covered under the visa amnesty after their Non-B visa expired and a subsequent extension for visiting their child also expired. Commenters confirmed that they are likely under the amnesty program, which allows for an extended stay until at least July 31st. Suggestions were made to stay updated on border openings and requirements for amnesty holders.

when that extension ran out you automatically went on to the amnesty program and are allowed to stay until no longer than the 31st of July.

Watch for the borders opening up, the nearby countries opening up and the news of what amnesty holders need to do when that happens
