Hi,
My husband plans to go to Ho Chi Min Thai consulate to get a Non B visa next week for teaching in thailand. He has all the documents prepared except he may not have time to get his degree certificate legalised. Does anyone know if this is required at ho chi min embassy? I know it's better to have than not but just want to check if any one has experience of this?
He has emailed them to ask but so far no reply. And the website says required documents "proof of diplomas or degree certificates", it doesn't mention legalisation. I know this is required to do the extension in thailand at immigration. But by then he will definitely have the stamps.
Thank you very any information.
