What type of employment certificate do I need to confirm my remote worker status for a DTV visa in Thailand?

So I applied for DTV and they came back requesting “employment certificate indicating your remote worker status”.

But the thing is, my employment contract clearly states that it is indeed a remote position (in one of the clauses).

Ahould I just get my boss to write a letter confirming that clause or is there an actual official employment certificate from a governing body that I need to get?

This is in Australia btw.
