Need an advise regarding work permit and non-b visa.
My employer canceled my non-b visa extension with a stamp saying im no longer employed but kept the work-permit, he wants me to come back work for him in the future.
Right now i changed my visa to tourist visa.
1. Is it legal to cancel non-b extension and keep the work permit?
2. Will i have problems in the future?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice regarding the legality of their employer cancelling a Non-B visa extension while retaining the work permit. The employer has cancelled the visa with a note stating the user is no longer employed, but has kept the work permit, proposing future employment. The user has since changed their visa to a tourist visa and questions the legality of their situation and potential future problems.
Once your employment comes to an end, this termination must be reported to the Ministry of Labor (i.e. dept. you got the work permit) for cancellation of the work permit and visa (to my knowledge handing in the work-permit is required by law - I'd advise you to verify whether this has been done)
did you give your passport to you employer who then got your extension cancelled and it's marked as such in your passport? If not then your extension has not been cancelled and still needs to be.
